Kalonda watches use a high quality 316 L stainless steel that looks and feels great.

Yes, we offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on the movement of our watches. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Kalonda watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM. This means they will easily withstand splashes or brief immersion in water, or getting caught in the rain. However, it is not sufficiently resistant for swimming or bathing.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Kalonda cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@kalonda.com to your safe sender list.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Some designs are restocked every now and then. We advice you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.

You cannot change your order.  If you want to cancel your order, send an email to info@kalonda.com referring to your order number.  Please take into account that we can only cancel your order within one hour after you have placed an order and that cancelations can only be processed during our office hours (weekdays from 09.00 – 17.00 GMT).

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a Track&Trace code via mail with which you can track your order.
